The receiver for a wireless set is broken

somehow almost broke in halves the usb-receiver for Logitech MX3200 set (+).
As a result all set does not work.
Whether the receiver from other copy of a set approaches, or it is adjusted on a specific copy?
If approaches - whether that can be bought somewhere? On a site logitech spare parts are not present.
